In my shop I take immense pride in the hand-turned quality of every bespoke writing instrument. Because each pen is one of a kind or custom-made to order, I do not accept returns for "change of mind" or aesthetic preferences.
90-Day Mechanical Guarantee
I offer a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty strictly covers mechanical failure of internal pen components due to manufacturing defects. (ie pen transmission fails)
What is Covered: Failures in the clicking mechanism, twisting assembly, or internal ink delivery components that prevent the pen from functioning as intended.
What is Not Covered: This policy does not cover "wear and tear," wood or resin cracking due to improper storage (extreme heat/dryness), dropped pens, ink clogs due to poor maintenance, or any damage resulting from misuse.
How to Start a Return
If your pen experiences a mechanical failure within the 90-day window:
Contact: simply fill out a contact card and include
Order: Your original order number.
Evidence: Provide a brief description and a clear photo or video of the mechanical issue.
Resolution: If the failure is determined to be a manufacturing defect, I will—at my discretion—repair the internal components or replace the pen with an equivalent model.
Shipping
For verified mechanical defects, I will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Please ensure the pen is shipped in its original protective case or equivalent padding to prevent transit damage.
